This page explains what happens with the information you give us when you join the Maximo MCP waitlist. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

• Your email address (required).
• Your role (the option you pick — e.g. Maximo administrator, engineer, consultant).
• Basic technical context: how you reached the page (referrer / campaign tag), your browser's user-agent string, and the time of signup.

We do not connect to, read, or store any IBM Maximo data through this page. It is a simple signup form.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

• Contact you when Maximo MCP access opens, and about the product.
• Understand who is interested so we can prioritize and improve.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in Epsilon LLC's Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and sent to our team by email and chat notification. We use Google as our data processor; their handling is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

What we will not do

• We will not sell or rent your information.
• We will not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep waitlist entries until the product launches or you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email support@epsilonllc.com and we will take care of it.
